LIGHT INDUSTRIAL

Tatu Industrial Park is the largest new private light industrial zone in East Africa, with more than 70 companies operational or under development. A Special Economic Zone, Tatu Industrial Park offers low corporate taxes, zero-rated VAT and exemption from import duties.

Phase 1, which is 457 acres, is 90% sold. Phase 2, an additional 450 acres, was added to meet market demand.
